What you will learn
Identify and draw the three traditional Reiki Level 2 symbols (Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen).
Understand the purpose, energetic frequency, and practical uses of each symbol in healing sessions.
Perform effective distant Reiki sessions using the distance symbol.
Set up sacred space and intention for remote healing, including use of photos, names, or written requests.
Strengthen the ability to sense subtle energies in clients (in-person or distant).
Use the symbols to intuitively guide hand placement and energy flow during sessions.
Use Reiki to support mental clarity, emotional release, and inner peace.
Use a variety of tools (symbols, crystals, oracle cards, journaling) to enhance the Reiki session experience.
Tailor sessions to meet the unique energetic and emotional needs of clients.
Use Reiki to bless and clear spaces, send healing to past or future events, and support goals or affirmations.
Conduct a full self-Reiki and client session using Level 2 techniques.
Practice ethical guidelines, client communication, and proper energy hygiene.
