<p>There are times in our spiritual lives when we are not necessarily looking for more information. We are looking for connection. We want to feel supported, protected, guided, and reminded that we are not walking through life alone. This is one of the reasons so many people feel drawn to angels. Angelic energy can feel loving and reassuring while also encouraging us to become more confident in our own spiritual gifts. Angel Reiki brings this angelic connection together with the gentle flow of Reiki, creating a practice that can support healing, intuition, spiritual development, and compassionate service.</p><p>Reiki is often described as universal life-force energy, but I believe our relationship with energy is deeply personal and intuitive. We do not all sense energy in the same way. One person may feel warmth in their hands, while another notices tingling, emotion, colors, images, words, or a peaceful stillness. Some people receive clear intuitive messages, while others simply feel more grounded after a session. None of these experiences is more spiritual or more valid than another. Angel Reiki gives us a structure for connecting with energy while still leaving room for our own souls and guides to communicate with us in the way that is most natural.</p><h2 id="9fe812dc-422d-4e3e-aaf1-f9a5a36790bd" data-toc-id="9fe812dc-422d-4e3e-aaf1-f9a5a36790bd" style="text-align: left; font-size: 24px; line-height: 1.2;">What Is Angel Reiki?</h2><p>Angel Reiki combines Reiki practices with an intentional connection to the angelic realm. During an Angel Reiki session, meditation, or attunement, we may invite particular angels or archangels to support the work. Each angel carries qualities that help us focus our intentions and understand the kind of support we are seeking. We are not giving away our personal power or asking the angels to make every decision for us. Instead, we are entering a sacred relationship in which angelic guidance can help us recognize the courage, healing, truth, creativity, and wisdom that already live within us.</p><p>My Angel Reiki work places special emphasis on Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel. Together, these four archangels create a balanced foundation for spiritual healing and intuitive development. Michael is associated with protection, courage, truth, and healthy boundaries. Raphael is connected with healing, compassion, restoration, and balance. Gabriel supports communication, creativity, intuition, and the ability to recognize spiritual messages. Uriel brings wisdom, illumination, transformation, and a deeper understanding of the lessons unfolding in our lives.</p><p>Working with these archangels does not mean that every experience will be dramatic. Angelic connection can be subtle. It may appear as a sudden sense of peace, a message that repeatedly comes to mind, a meaningful dream, a symbol that continues to appear, or a new understanding of a situation that once felt confusing. Learning Angel Reiki helps us become quieter, more observant, and more willing to trust the ways spiritual guidance already moves through our lives.</p><h2 id="9af5059d-6977-45f0-a7bb-19916712dcc0" data-toc-id="9af5059d-6977-45f0-a7bb-19916712dcc0" style="text-align: left; font-size: 24px; line-height: 1.2;">The Benefits of Angel Reiki</h2><p>One of the most meaningful benefits of Angel Reiki is the feeling of spiritual support it can bring. Many people come to energy work during times of transition, grief, uncertainty, emotional exhaustion, or spiritual awakening. They may feel disconnected from their intuition or unsure about the next step on their path. Angel Reiki offers a sacred pause in which we can become still, breathe, and listen. It does not promise to remove every difficulty, but it can help us meet those difficulties with a greater sense of peace and support.</p><p>Angel Reiki can also encourage relaxation and emotional balance. When we intentionally slow down and receive energy, we create space to notice what we have been holding in our bodies, hearts, and minds. We may recognize where we need rest, stronger boundaries, forgiveness, expression, or a change in direction. Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care, but it can be used as a complementary spiritual practice that supports our overall sense of well-being.</p><p>Another benefit is the development of intuition. Many people believe they are not intuitive because they do not hear a clear voice or see vivid visions. In reality, intuition often begins with something much quieter: a feeling, a thought, a physical sensation, a dream, or an inner knowing that is difficult to explain. Working with the angels can help us become familiar with our own intuitive language. Over time, we may begin to recognize how Michael’s energy feels different from Raphael’s, or how Gabriel communicates differently from Uriel. This recognition develops through practice, trust, discernment, and personal experience.</p><p>Angel Reiki can also strengthen the way we work with tarot and oracle cards. Energy healing and card reading are not separate practices within my lineage. Both require us to become present, listen intuitively, and notice the symbols, sensations, and messages that arise. Angelic energy can be invited before a reading to create a sacred space, help us ground, and encourage compassionate communication. The angels may also help us understand a card beyond the description in a guidebook. Books can provide helpful foundations, but our deepest spiritual work asks us to develop a relationship with our own souls and guides rather than remaining dependent on someone else’s interpretation.</p><p>Protection and boundaries are also important parts of this practice. Spiritual sensitivity without grounding can sometimes leave people feeling overwhelmed or responsible for everyone around them. Through Michael’s energy, we learn that compassion does not require us to absorb another person’s pain. Raphael teaches us that we can offer healing without believing that we must rescue or fix someone. Gabriel reminds us that not every message needs to be spoken, while Uriel helps us pause and use wisdom before acting. These lessons help Angel Reiki practitioners approach spiritual service with greater integrity and maturity.</p><h2 id="5ea973f9-4dd7-46a1-ade4-1fbbe5699a3c" data-toc-id="5ea973f9-4dd7-46a1-ade4-1fbbe5699a3c" style="text-align: left; font-size: 24px; line-height: 1.2;">Why Attunement Matters</h2><p>An attunement is a sacred ceremony that supports the student’s connection with a particular spiritual energy or healing lineage. It is not a test of whether you are gifted enough, and it does not mean that you must have an intense or dramatic experience. During an attunement, you may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, pressure, peacefulness, colors, images, or intuitive messages. You may also feel very little at first. Some attunements unfold quietly and reveal themselves gradually through meditation, dreams, healing sessions, synchronicities, and daily spiritual practice.</p><p>In the Angel Reiki attunement I created, students begin with a guided meditation before receiving the energetic sigils of Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel. Each sigil is sent with intention to support the student’s connection with that archangel’s energy. Students are then guided to notice what they feel without pressure or comparison. The ceremony concludes by honoring and welcoming them as Angel Reiki Masters.</p><p>Becoming an Angel Reiki Master does not mean reaching a point where there is nothing left to learn. Mastery is a commitment to continued practice, ethical service, humility, discernment, and respect for the spiritual sovereignty of others. A Master does not need to have every answer. A Master learns how to hold a compassionate space, trust the flow of energy, honor boundaries, and remain open to growth.</p><h2 id="75ff9c88-c776-48c6-b2b0-0ec3952846a9" data-toc-id="75ff9c88-c776-48c6-b2b0-0ec3952846a9" style="text-align: left; font-size: 24px; line-height: 1.2;">An Intuitive Lineage of Angel Reiki</h2><p>My approach to Angel Reiki is intuitive because I believe your spiritual practice should help you build trust in your own connection. You will learn about the angels, Reiki, sacred symbols, and energetic practices, but you will also be encouraged to notice what feels true within your own experience. Your relationship with Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel may not look like mine or anyone else’s, and it is not supposed to.</p><p>We often use the word “Reiki” because it is a term many people already recognize, but energy work exists in many forms. Angel Reiki is one path among many, and people are often drawn to it because they feel a natural connection with angels, prayer, healing, spiritual messages, or compassionate service. The goal is not to place more rules around your spirituality.
